"Helpful sales guy made the whole thing easier"
The sales guy was really helpful without being pushy, which I appreciated. I had a bunch of little questions, even about the small details, and he took the time to explain everything in plain English. It made picking out what I needed way less stressful. I’d definitely shop there again

"Kind of a frustrating delivery experience"
I’ve ordered plenty of stuff online, so I’m usually patient as long as I have some idea of what’s going on. With howards.com, the actual waiting wasn’t even the biggest issue at first, and I kept thinking maybe the next email or update would clear things up.
But the delivery updates were just really poor. I had to keep checking on the order myself because nobody seemed to communicate when it was coming, and when updates finally did show up, they were late and vague. I don’t mind waiting, but not knowing what’s happening made the whole thing feel disorganized and frustrating

"Billing felt a little off"
I ordered something from Howards.com and the item itself was fine, no real complaints there. The annoying part was the billing, it just didn’t match what I thought I was paying at checkout.
When I checked my card later, the charge was a bit higher than the total I remembered seeing. It wasn’t some huge difference, but it was enough that I noticed and had to reach out about it.
Customer service did get back to me and they fixed it, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. I just wish the pricing and charges had been clearer from the start

Everything went smoothly. The delivery came when they said it would, which is really all I was hoping for, and there weren’t any surprises or problems along the way. Just a simple, easy experience overall

I placed an order online thinking it would be straightforward, but it ended up being a mess. They charged my card right away, and then I barely heard anything for days. When I tried to check the order status, it was confusing and didn’t really tell me what was going on.
This is where it got annoying: customer service took forever to respond and didn’t give me any clear answers when they finally did. At that point, I just canceled the order because I didn’t feel confident it was ever going to show up. I definitely wouldn’t order from them online again.

I reached out hoping to get my issue resolved, but unfortunately, it never really got fixed. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and after all that back and forth, I was still left with the same problem. Frustrating, honestly.

The site was simple to get around, and I found what I needed quickly. Checkout went smoothly for the most part, so overall it was a good experience

My order showed up with the box damaged, which was frustrating. I definitely regretted not checking it over more carefully right away, but once I called howards, they were actually really easy to deal with. They didn’t make me jump through hoops and got a replacement sorted out faster than I expected. They also kept me updated, which I appreciated. I wish it hadn’t happened in the first place, but their customer service handled it well.

"Haul Away Turned Into a Headache"
The delivery itself was fine, but the haul away was a real hassle. The guys showed up and then said they couldn’t take the old appliance because of some small issue nobody had mentioned ahead of time. I ended up having to explain the situation more than once, which got irritating, and still had to deal with getting rid of it myself later.

"Decent store, but the help was a little slow"
Not gonna lie, Howards was okay overall. I went in to check out a new washer, and the store was clean with a decent selection to look through. The only downside was that it took a while before anyone came over to help us. Once someone did, he was friendly and helpful, just seemed like he was juggling a lot. Prices were fine, but nothing that really wowed me. I’d probably consider going back, but the in-store experience was just kind of average.

The financing did help me out, and the payments were manageable enough, but I felt a little misled once everything was laid out. It wasn’t terrible, just not quite as straightforward as I thought it would be.

I was just browsing the sale section, not really planning to buy much, and then somehow I kept finding better deals than expected. It was one of those “wait, is that really the price?” moments. Anyway, I ended up saving more than I thought I would, so I’m happy with it

I don’t think I was being difficult or asking anything too technical, but the sales staff really didn’t seem to know much. I just had a few basic questions before buying, and they couldn’t really answer them. I get that nobody knows everything, but it made me feel like I couldn’t make an informed decision there.

"Return was way easier than I expected"
I accidentally ordered the wrong small appliance from Howard's and was dreading the exchange process. But it ended up being really simple. The customer service person I talked to was helpful and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. I got the replacement quickly too, so overall it was a much smoother experience than I expected

"Install was okay, but felt a bit rushed"
The installer showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the whole thing felt a little pressured and rushed. They left some mess behind, and the fridge had to be adjusted twice before it was right. It’s working now, so that’s good, but the experience wasn’t perfect.
